President Sisi’s Visit to Germany

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is scheduled to attend the Munich Security Conference (MSC) 2019, which is due to open on Friday 15/2/2019.

The MSC is one of the most important international conferences, which addresses the global security policy.

The conference brings together hundreds of leaders, prominent figures and decision makers from the world countries to discuss means of facing global challenges at the different levels.

President Sisi will be the first non-European president to address the main session of the Munich Security Conference 2019 (MSC) which will be held on Saturday 16/2/2019.

Sisi's participation in the main session underlines Egypt's key regional role, especially with regard to realizing stability and combating terrorism and illegal immigration.

Around 40 heads of state, led by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, will attend the conference.
