The Interior Ministry seized more than 230 tons of subsidized wheat before being sold in black market.
Investigations showed that the owners of a private-owned silo, in cooperation with several owners of bakeries, were responsible for seizing big quantities of subsidized wheat before reaching government bakeries to produce subsidized bread.
The arrestees confessed that they were planning to sell the subsidized wheat in black market in order to make profits.
