14th ILO African Regional Meeting to kick off Tuesday in Abidjan

The 14th African Regional Meeting of the International Labor Organization (ILO) will kick off on Tuesday 3/12/2019 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
The Meeting, which will run for 4 days, is set to review the progress made in the African States during the last four years.
It will also address international labor standards, social dialogue and gender equality in the realization of decent work agenda and the sustainable development goals.
Stockholders representing governments, laborers, employers in the 54 African States, as well as representatives of international, governmental and civil society organizations, are set to take part in the Meeting.
The 14th ILO African Regional Meeting is scheduled to draw up an action plan for the African States in the upcoming ten years.
