Abdel Aal voices Egypt's keenness to foster cooperation with S.Sudan in livestock, fisheries field

House of Representatives Speaker Ali Abdel Aal asserted Egypt's keenness to build bridges of cooperation with South Sudan and offer support needed to help it pass through the transitional period.
During a meeting here with South Sudanese Minister of Livestock, Animal Resources and Fisheries James Janga Duku, Abdel Aal said that South Sudan is rich in natural and human wealth, a fact that enhances opportunities of achieving development and stability in it.
He asserted Egypt's readiness to cooperate with South Sudan to help it make the best benefit from its natural and human wealth in a way that serves the sustainable development goals in it.
Cairo is keen to push forward bilateral cooperation with Juba, mainly in the field of livestock and fisheries, Abdel Aal said.
He called on Juba to take the needed measures to activate deals signed between both sides on establishing joint livestock farms and fisheries.
The South Sudanese minister lauded Egypt's stances and efforts in support of stability and development in his country, voicing Juba's keenness to exchange expertise and technology with Cairo, mainly in the fisheries and livestock field.
