On 20/7/2015: Egyptian Prime Minister visited Equatorial Guinea to take part in an international conference on Ebola. He met the President of Equatorial Guinea and handed over an official invitation from President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi to President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo to attend the planned inauguration of the new Suez Canal scheduled for August 6.
On 13/3/2015: Equatorial Guinea Vice President visited Egypt to attend Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in the Red Sea tourist resort of Sharm el Sheikh.
On 10/12/2014: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met President of Equatorial Guinea Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. The two presidents held bilateral talks on ways to boost cooperation between the two countries.
On 23/6/2014: The Foreign Minister visited Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, to participate in the executive meeting of the African Union (AU) foreign ministers to prepare for the AU summit.
On 26-27/6/2014: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi visited Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, to participate in the 23rd ordinary session of the African Union summit.
