Culture Minister Helmy el Namnam on Sunday 15/5/2016 conferred with his Gabonese counterpart Paulette Mengue on ways of enhancing joint cooperation.

During the meeting, Mengue said that Gabon hopes that there will be cultural cooperation between the two countries that already have mutual cooperation in the fields of education and health.

She added that the Egyptian community in Gabon plays a vital role in the society there, pointing out to the organization of an annual Egyptian-Gabonese trade fair.

Namnam, for his part, stressed that the ministry is fully ready to cooperate with Gabonese culture bodies.
