FM's visit to Baghdad meant to support Iraq role in Arab arena - Foreign Ministry

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry's visit to Iraq on Saturday aims to support the Arab country and promote its role in the Arab arena, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid.
The visit also aims to provide support for Iraq in its fierce war against terrorism, added the spokesman.
During his visit to Iraq, Shoukry will hold meetings with his Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim al Jaafari, Prime Minister Haidar al Abadi and Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Council Ammar al Hakim, added the spokesman.
