PM says cooperation between Gov't, business sector key to development

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said on Tuesday 1/8/2017 cooperation between the government and business community is a key to solving problems facing the private sector and to maintaining sustainable development.
During a meeting with a group of business leaders, the premier asserted the government's keenness to hold contacts with businesspersons in order to achieve goals of the economic reform and maintain a favorable climate of investment.
The meeting took up different views on economy and investments as well as suggestions to achieve goals of the reform plan.
Also, they discussed challenges that may face development of the business sector including bureaucracy and license issuance procedures.
Ministers who attended the meeting answered questions raised by businessmen on reform plans and the necessary steps that should be taken in the future to overcome challenges.
The attendees hailed efforts exerted by the government to improve economy and maintain favorable climate for investments.
