Arab, International condemnation for Alexandria terrorist blast

UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Kuwait's Emir, Bahraini Foreign Ministry, US Embassy in Cairo, United Kingdom, Italy's Embassy in Cairo and German Embassy in Cairo condemned the terrorist blast that occurred in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said that the UAE strongly condemns this cowardly and criminal act of terrorism aimed at undermining the security and stability of Egypt, adding the attack is contrary to all religious and humanitarian values and principles.
The statement also renewed the UAE's solidarity and stand with Egypt's leadership, government and people.
It also emphasized the UAE's firm and unwavering stance towards rejecting the various forms of violence and terrorism targeting all regardless of religion, race and origin.
The ministry expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of those affected by this criminal act. It also prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the souls of the victims in paradise and grant patience and solace to their families. The ministry also wished the injured a quick recovery.
Kuwait's Emir
Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah sent a cable to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi expressing condemnation of the terrorist blast that occurred in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
The Emir denounced the terrorist operation that contradicts with all covenants and humanitarian values. He expressed support for Egypt regarding any measures it opts to take to safeguard its security and stability.
Bahraini Foreign Ministry
Bahrain has condemned the terrorist attack in Alexandria.
The Bahraini Foreign Ministry issued a statement extending sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
It asserted Bahrain’s solidarity with Egypt, backing all the measures to restore security and stability throughout the country.
It reiterated the Kingdom’s firm rejection of violence, extremism and terrorism, regardless of their motives and manifestations, calling for concerted efforts to root out the scourge of terror and dry up its sources of funding.
US Embassy in Cairo
The US Embassy in Cairo condemned the terrorist attack that targeted on Saturday the motorcade of Alexandria security chief in the Mediterranean city.
"The U.S. reaffirms commitment to stand with Egypt in the battle against terrorism," the embassy said on its official Twitter account.
The embassy also extended condolences to the families and friends of the deceased and wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
United Kingdom
Britain condemned Saturday's terrorist attack.
“The United Kingdom condemns the car bombing today in Alexandria and stands by Egypt in the fight against terrorism,” UK ambassador to Egypt John Casson wrote in Twitter.
Italy's Embassy in Cairo
Italy's Embassy in Cairo condemned the blast.
In a press release, the embassy offered condolences to the families of the victims. It asserted Rome's commitment to combating terrorism.
German Embassy in Cairo
The German Embassy in Cairo has condemned the blast.
In a statement, the embassy asserted that there is no justification for such acts of violence at any time or under any pretext.
It expressed condolences to the families of the victims, wishing speedy recovery for the injured.
