Culture Ministry inaugurates Gamal Abdel Nasser Museum free of charge for public on 23 July revolution occasion

In commemoration of 23 July Revolution, Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture, decided to open the museum of the late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser on 23 July 2019 free of charge to the public. She pointed out that the revolution of July wrote Egypt's modern history and realized many achievements in the political, social and cultural fields, inviting young generation to visit the museum and see the eternal biography of this great leader.

It is worthy of note that the museum of the leader Gamal Abdel Nasser is located in Manshiet Bakri area, east of Cairo, on an area of 13,400 square meters, where the late president and his family lived. It includes a two floors and a private garden. The ground and the first floors include the president's offices, his salons, the master bedroom, the living room, two living rooms his collectibles. In addition, Abdel Nasser Museum includes many of his personal documents, personal belongings, family photographs, clothes, photographic cameras, collection of pens, medals and Souvenirs.
