A Kuwaiti newspaper said on Friday 31/01/2020 that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el Sisi has made an industrial and economic revolution since he took office years after the January 25 revolution in 2011.
After the June 30 revolution in 2013, the Egyptian government took serious steps to rescue Egypt's economy, starting from the economic reform program, which is being implemented by the government to achieve Sustainable Development strategy (Egypt's vision 2030), Al Nahar said.
Egypt came among the 25 world's largest countries, in terms of reforms in a number of global reports, a matter that reflected the government's commitment to improving investment climate and facilitating measures for investors, Al Nahar highlighted.
Al Nahar praised financial facilities and incentives offered by the Egyptian government to investors.
Over the past three years, about 10,000 new factories were registered by the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), according to Al Nahar.
Some 4,317 factories were established last year, in line with the state's plan to establish 13 industrial complexes in 12 governorates to boost industry, the Kuwaiti newspaper said.
