Each flight includes 150 passengers who have been transported by buses from special shelters to Kuwaiti International Airport ahead of their flights time.
All Egyptian passengers have been checked out upon arrival at Kuwait International Airport and their luggage were disinfected as part of precautionary measures to combat the spread of coronavirus.
The Egyptian Embassy in Kuwait announced on Monday the start of an air bridge to return home stranded Egyptians in Kuwait.
Two flights belonging to EgyptAir were operated on Tuesday as they carried 580 Egyptians whose majority included women, old people and children.
Egyptian Sources pointed out that the returning Egyptians will be transferred to some university dormitories to spend a 14-day quarantine period as a precautionary measure to confront the Corona virus.
The Egyptian authorities urged Egyptians who are staying at the Kuwaiti shelters to abide by all instructions of the Kuwaiti Security Authorities and not to follow any attempts for raising riots and chaos.
