Tourism minister discusses holding antiquity fairs in Belgium

Tourism and Antiquities Minister Khaled el Anani discussed Sunday with the new Belgian Ambassador to Egypt, François Cornet d'Elzius, the possibility of holding exhibitions for Egyptian antiquities and artifacts in Belgium.
The meeting between the two sides covered means of boosting cooperation and sharing expertise in the field of archaeological works and excavations, increasing the number of Belgian tourists to Egypt, as well as training archaeologists and restorers.
Anani hailed the strong ties between Egypt and Belgium, and wished success for the ambassador during his tenure in Egypt.
