Sports Minister: Salah 'in good health' after testing positive for coronavirus

Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi on Friday 13/11/2020 made phone calls with Health Minister Hala Zayed, head of The Egyptian Football Association's (EFA) normalization committee Amr El Ganainy, and the senior doctor of the national team.
The minister aimed to check on the measures taken regarding coronavirus tests conducted for players of the national football team.
He also checked up on Liverpool and Egypt star Mohamed Salah who has tested positive for coronavirus.
Salah remains in good health and will undergo a medical protocol, the minister said.
The news comes the day before Egypt is due to face Togo in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Cairo.
