The cabinet media center has denied reports claiming that the state budget bears additional burdens as a result of financing projects of the New Administrative Capital.

In a press release on Saturday, the center said it has contacted the new capital's company which refuted such reports, describing them as groundless.

The finance of all new capital projects is not included in the budget, the center added.

The capital's budget is fully independent and depends on the company's revenues, according to the press release.
