Egypt has expressed heartfelt condolences to Malaysia over the victims of floods that hit several states and resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries, as well as extensive material damage.

In a statement by the Foreign Ministry on Friday 24/12/2021, Cairo offered deepest sympathies to victims' families, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.

Egypt also reiterated its full solidarity with the government and people of Malaysia in their tragedy.
