Egypt 1st African country to renew AHA certificates

The Civil Aviation Ministry announced on Thursday 30/6/2022 that the airports of Taba and Marsa Matrouh have succeeded in renewing the Airport International Health Accreditation (AHA) certificate, issued by the Airports Council International (ACI).
After this renewal, the number of Egyptian airports which obtained the AHA certificate has reached 11, making Egypt the first African country which renews the certificate for the second year in a row.
In this regard, Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Manar thanked all the staff at the Egyptian airports for their efforts and outstanding performance, asserting the importance of offering the best services for travelers.
