The Armed Forces organized a joint training course with the US in the field of handling improvised explosive device (IED) with the participation of personnel of the naval special forces and military engineers from Egypt and the US.

This comes within the framework of the Armed Forces' keenness to upgrade the level of training and exchanging expertise with the armed forces of friendly countries.

The training course includes a group of theoretical and practical activities for the latest ways to handle explosive devices and training on means to using of the latest machines and tracking means in this respect.

The course comes within the framework developing and boosting strategic cooperation between the Egyptian and US armed forces in the different military fields.
