President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued Thursday decree no 123/2022 approving a partnership agreement between Egypt and the French Development Agency on "Fund for Technical Expertise and Experience Transfers".

The cooperation deal is meant to enhance technical cooperation to support comprehensive health insurance reforms in Egypt.

The Republican decree was signed on September 16, 2021.

The decision was published in Thursday's official gazette.
