Awqaf ministry probes with IBU joint cooperation

Minister of Awqaf Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa received on Sunday head of the Islamic Broadcasting Union (IBU) Amr El Leithy to discuss cooperation between the two sides and coordination on the educational courses at the Awqaf International Academy for IBU mediamen in 2023.
During the meeting, Leithy praised efforts exerted by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptian state to spread the moderate teachings of religion.
He also hailed the positive outcome of the previous courses held for IBU mediamen from 35 countries.
They agreed to hold the third session late January 2023 for the IBU mediamen to spread the upright teachings of religion and combat extremism.
