Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes posted collective gains at the close of Monday's trading session, led by major indexes.

The market capital gained about EGP 10.2 billion to close at EGP 924.1 billion.

The EGX 30 benchmark index was up by 1.77% percent, registering 14,327, 77 points.

The broader EGX 70 EWI index of the leading small and mid-cap enterprises (SMEs) declined by 0.58 percent, ending at 2,653.62 points.

The all-embracing EGX 100 index plunged 0.07 percent, closing at 3,898.14 points.
