President el-Sisi made many tours worldwide. He attended various Arab, African and international summits and conferences during the year 2022, to support the Egyptian position at all levels .
The number of President El-Sisi's foreign visits during the year 2022 reached about 20 visits as follows :

President El-Sisi started his visits during the year 2022 with a visit to the United Arab Emirates, due to the significant Egyptian-Emirati relations and the historical fraternal ties that unite the two countries at all levels. President El-Sisi stressed the constant Egyptian position towards settling regional crises through undermining foreign interference, combating violence, extremist and terrorist groups, and preserving national state institutions, with the aim of restoring security and stability in countries suffering from these crises, and preventing them from threatening regional security. For his part, His Highness Shaikh Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed that his country supports the Egyptian efforts to settle various disputes in the region, stressing that Egypt will always remain the pivotal partner of the UAE in the region.

President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi visited the People's Republic of China to attend the opening ceremony of the 24th Olympic Games, in the Chinese capital, Beijing, at the invitation of the Chinese President Xi Jinping, in view of the close and strategic relations between Egypt and China. It is worth mentioning that President El-Sisi participated in the opening ceremony of the 24th Winter Olympic Games in the Chinese capital, Beijing. Within the context of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two friendly countries, the President affirmed Egypt's keenness to build on the momentum resulting from the regular meetings held between senior officials in Egypt and China, in an effort to reach broader horizons of bilateral cooperation.

Within the context of a series of summits concerned with environmental issues organized by the French side at the initiative of President Emmanuel Macron since 2017, President El-Sisi participated in the "One Ocean" summit in the French city, Brest. In 2022, the summit focused on issues relating to seas and oceans, including preserving combating marine pollution of all kinds and the relationship of seas and oceans with efforts to confront climate change, as well as supporting the concept of a "sustainable blue economy" and mobilizing funding for it. President El-Sisi met with French President Emmanuel Macron, and explained that participation in the "One Ocean" summit reflects Egypt's keenness to cooperate with France in this field, as Egypt attaches utmost importance to protecting the marine environment, through various national efforts in the areas of establishing natural reserves, preserving biodiversity, and reducing marine pollution.

President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi participated in the sixth session of the partnership summit between the African Union and the European Union, which was held at the headquarters of the European Union. The African / European summit was held under the title “Africa and Europe: Two Continents with a Common Vision until 2030.” During the summit, President El-Sisi focused on various issues of concern to African countries, especially with regard to strengthening international efforts to facilitate their integration into the global economy. The president also stressed the need to provide effective support to these countries in their pursuit of sustainable development goals 2030, transfer technology to developing countries, drive foreign investment to them, and enable developing countries to increase dependence on renewable energy sources. , as well as pushing for the importance of crystallizing a common vision to support and finance the African continent during the Corona pandemic, while facilitating access and equitable distribution of various technologies related to the pandemic, especially with regard to the production of vaccines.

Within the special Egyptian-Kuwaiti relations that unite the two brotherly countries at all levels, President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi visited the State of Kuwait. During the visit, President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi met with Shaikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait. The president stressed Egypt’s keenness on the stability and security of Kuwait and all brotherly Gulf countries in facing internal and regional challenges, as an integral part of the Egyptian national security. He also stressed Egypt’s keenness to strengthen and diversify the contexts of bilateral cooperation and explore mechanisms to push them to broader horizons in various fields. For his part, Prince Nawaf Al-Sabah praised the close and historical fraternal ties that unite the two countries, expressing his appreciation for the Egyptian efforts in support of Kuwaiti affairs at all levels, as well as the contribution of the Egyptian community to the construction and development process in Kuwait in various fields. He emphasized that Kuwait is keen to strengthen the well-established bilateral cooperation with Egypt in various fields during the coming period, particularly, increasing Kuwaiti investments in Egypt and exploiting the available investment opportunities.

President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi arrived in the Bahraini capital, Manama, where he was received by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain. During the visit, the two leaders witnessed the signing ceremony of a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding between the two countries in the economic, scientific, technological cooperation, investment, legal and judicial cooperation, export development, organizing exhibitions, environmental protection, education, sea and air freight services fields. During the visit, President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi participated in the opening of the new building at Bahrain International Airport in the Bahraini capital, Manama, with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain.

Within the framework of Egypt's keenness to develop partnership between the Arab countries and the United States of America, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the "Jeddah Summit", which will bring together the leaders of Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the United States of America. The President's participation in the Jeddah summit comes within the framework of strengthening joint efforts to confront regional and global challenges, as well as consultation and coordination on efforts to maintain regional and international security and stability, as well as strengthening and developing the distinguished historical relations with all countries participating in the summit. On the sidelines of the Jeddah summit, President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi met with US President Joe Biden. The meeting tackled aspects of bilateral cooperation between Egypt and the United States, in several fields, especially in terms of cooperation in the field of facing the repercussions of the global conditions related to the food crisis and the disruption of energy supplies. During the meeting, a number of regional files and issues were also discussed.

President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi arrived in the German capital, Berlin to participate in the activities of the "Petersburg Climate Dialogue" co-chaired by Egypt and Germany. It is considered an opportunity for consultation and coordination between a number of active countries in terms of efforts to confront climate change. Egypt's invitation to co-chair this important forum came in appreciation of the vital role played by Egypt under the leadership of the President in the framework of climate change negotiations over the past years. President Abd El-El-Fattah El-Sisi met with German Chancellor Olaf Schultz. The meeting dealt with ways to strengthen the frameworks of bilateral cooperation between the two countries at various levels, especially cooperation in the fields of liquefied natural gas, clean energy, green hydrogen, and the development of the basic education system in Egypt. The two sides also discussed the latest developments in the Renaissance Dam file, where the two leaders agreed on the importance of breaking the current stalemate in the course of negotiations to reach a binding and balanced legal agreement on the filling and operation of the dam. During the visit, President El-Sisi participated at a round table with representatives of the business community and heads of major German industrial companies. During the meeting, the president had an open dialogue with heads and representatives of German companies. They welcomed intensifying cooperation with Egypt to achieve common interests for both sides. They also reviewed their plans to invest in Egypt or expand their existing projects. The President affirmed Egypt's intention to continue reform and development efforts in light of the implementation of the national strategy to achieve sustainable development "Egypt's Vision 2030". Moreover, the president stressed Egypt's appreciation for the special strategic relationship with Germany, and welcomed the increased activities of German companies operating in Egypt.

President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi held summit talks in Belgrade with President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić. The President of Serbia commenced the meeting by welcoming President El-Sisi as a dear guest in Serbia for the first time. President Vučić expressed his country's appreciation for Egypt's leadership and people, valuing the bilateral relations between the two countries. He affirmed his country's keenness to continue upgrading relations and strengthening cooperation and coordination between the two friendly countries at all levels, given Egypt’s pivotal role as a pillar of stability, security and peace in the Middle East and Africa.

President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi paid an official visit to the French capital, Paris, upon an invitation by French President Emmanuel Macron. The visit included holding summit talks between the two Presidents, focusing on dossiers pertinent to bilateral relations and ways to further strengthen cooperation across all levels. The meeting is also set to tackle issues on the regional and international arenas. President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi met with French President Emmanuel Macron, at the Élysée Palace in the French capital, Paris.
During the summit talks, President Macron welcomed President El-Sisi's visit to Paris and affirmed France's appreciation for Egypt at both the official and popular levels. He stressed that France holds in high esteem the historical bonds that unite the two friendly countries. The French President reiterated his country's commitment to enhancing bilateral relations in various fields in a constructive and positive manner, lauding in this regard President El-Sisi’s efforts to maintain regional peace and security.
