PM witnesses inking MoU on developing automotive industry in Egypt

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli witnessed inking a memorandum of understanding between the automotive industry unit at the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the African Association of Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM) on offering technical support from the AAAM to implement Egyptian Automotive Industry Development Program (AIDP).
The MoU was inked by head of the automotive industry unit Gomaa Mohamed Madany and CEO of the AAAM David Coffey.
After the inking on Sunday night, Madbouli asserted the keenness of the state in the file of automotive industry and working on exerting more efforts to develop it and providing more facilities and incentives that would contribute to boosting this industry.
Meanwhile, Madany said that according to the memo, the AAAM will present technical support to the Egyptian automotive industry unit within the framework of implementing the AIDP to reach the targeted goals.
