Board Chairman of Tank Production and Repair factory (Military Factory 200) Maged Mohamed Gamal Eddin underlined the ministry's keenness on continuously benefiting from expertise of its workers and having new cadres through securing proper work environment.

Gamal Eddin made the remarks during a ceremony organized to honor workers who reached the retirement age.

The ceremony was held within the framework of directives of Military Production Minister Mohamed Salah Eddin Moustafa to raise morale of the workers.

Maged highlighted the importance of human element in the development process.
