El-Ain El-Sukhna

It is one of the most famous tourist attractions and places of entertainment in the Suez Governorate.

It was named so because of the large number of sulfur springs in it. It consists of two natural water springs with a temperature of 35 degrees, one of them is at the foot of Ataka Mountain, 54 km south of the Gulf of Suez, and the second is inside the campus of the Ain Sukhna Hotel. The area is considered one of the most Attracting foreign visitors and tourists.

 Location : Ain Sokhna is located 55 kilometers south of Suez in the Arab Republic of Egypt. It is also one of the most beautiful cities on the Red Sea and the closest to Cairo.

Its importance as a tourist attraction :

Due to its nearness to Cairo, most people go to it on a daily trip, and it is a resort at the end of the week due to the large number of people who go to it on weekends. It is also a place for fishing and marine sports.

Ain Sukhna is a summer and winter resort, and the region enjoys many aspects of beauty, such as high mountains and clear water, and the sands of its beaches are among the most beautiful in the world and suitable for setting up camps.

Ain Sokhna is an excellent location for fishing, diving, water skiing, mountaineering, cable car riding, hunting and underwater photography.

In order to revive the region in terms of tourism and investment, the Cairo-Ain Sukhna road was opened on the twelfth of September 2004 after its development by the Armed Forces, in cooperation with specialized civil companies.
