The Egyptian-Italian health, social and service relations are strong and fruitful. There are many signed agreements between the two countries including:
Third Strategic Summit on May 19, 2010:
Memorandum of Understanding within the trilateral cooperation in Africa on the Implementation of Two Health Projects. The first to train Sudanese midwives and the second to combat malaria in Ethiopia.
Joint declaration on Promoting Bilateral Cooperation in the field of Maintaining and Encouraging Child Rights and Family Empowerment in Egypt.
Joint declaration on promoting bilateral cooperation on minor immigrants.
Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation on Updating Management Field
Joint declaration on cooperation in the field of Seasonal Immigration.
Joint declaration on the Implementation of the Third Phase of the Bilateral Environmental Cooperation Programme.
Memorandum of Understanding on combating blood diseases.
Second Strategic Summit on May 12, 2009:
Joint Declaration on Municipal Decentralized Cooperation between the Italian provinces and the Egyptian governorates within the framework of "Regional Participation".
Annex to the Labour Convention signed between Egypt and Italy in 2005, which states that the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower and Immigration assumes supervision over a percentage of the work declarations allocated from the Italian government to the Egyptian workers.
