The Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Countries plays very important role in strengthening bilateral ties between Egypt and Armenia, Armenia is grateful for the Fund's assistance, whether in the form of training courses in various fields, or in the form of financial and technical assistance. What increases the sense of appreciation that this assistance comes from a developing country, which giving it a deeper meaning.

Armenia is the second largest country to benefit from courses organized by the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the CIS Countries since its establishment until the end of 2008, where the Fund trained 1669 Armenian cadres in several specialties.
