On 5-9 November 2009, Assistant Foreign Minister for American Affairs and Organization of American States visited Bolivia.

On the 6/11/2009, the second session of consultations between the Egyptian and Bolivian Ministries of Foreign Affairs was held at the Bolivian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Egyptian side was headed by the Assistant Foreign Minister, and the Bolivian side was headed by the Vice Minister for Foreign Relations. Bilateral and international issues were discussed, and at the end of the consultations, there are various bilateral Agreement and Executive Programme were signed.
