Egypt presents a number of training courses annually in various fields of agriculture organized by the for Agriculture (EICA), as well as scholarships from the Ministry of Higher Education in the field of studying Arabic language and other fields.

An Agreement on Cultural, Educational and Technical Cooperation was signed between the two countries in November 2009 and was put into force in June 2010.
