Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli reviewed the government statement at the House of Representatives, which includes the government action plan 18/2019-21/2022

The government's statement launched the priorities of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi at the parliament during his swearing-in for a second term to move from the stage of stabilizing the pillars of the state to reaping the fruits, having the improvement of the individual’s living standard as a focus of concern. The statement included several programmes on social justice and care network. The government implements this program under the slogan «Egypt takes off», with certain mechanisms, which is as follows:

•Egypt Vision 2030 and the objectives of the sustainable development plan as a framework for the  government.

• Constitutional benefits, of which a specific percentage is allocated for education programs, scientific research and health. 

• The Assignments of the President of the Republic to the government. 

• National Program for Economic and Social Reform.
