Egypt's participation in G20 Hangzhou Summit

The G20 Hangzhou Summit kicks off in Hangzhou, China on 4th - 5th September 2016 with Egypt's participation as a guest of honor under the theme of stimulating and urging world trade.

The G20 Summit includes organizing other six summits, including business and trade, woman, employment, civil society, youth and thought summits.

Egypt participates in the summit with a delegation headed by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Egypt ensures through its participation to deliver the voice of African countries in particular and developing countries in general, and to achieve the desired results with regard to providing effective support to those countries to achieve the international goals of Sustainable Development 2030.

During the summit, Egypt presents its vision on ways to coordinate international policy, open a new path of growth, boost trade and investment at the international level to overcome the sluggish performance of the global economy and how to benefit from the opportunities of innovative digital and industrial technology to motivate the global economic growth and the challenges facing the global energy sector.
