26th session of joint Egyptian-Jordanian Higher committee

The joint Egyptian-Jordanian Higher committee kicked off its 26th session in Cairo on 29th - 31st August 2016 under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail and his Jordanian counterpart Hani al Mulki.
Several agreements and MoUs signed on cooperation in various spheres.
The preparatory expertise meeting was held to reach a new agreement to transfer workers between the two countries.
The important issues tabled on the agenda of the joint Egyptian-Jordanian higher committee are upgrading the volume of trade exchange, as well as luring Jordanian companies to buttress their investments in Egypt.
