The cultural cooperation relations between the two countries are regulated by the 2009/2011 executive program on cultural and scientific cooperation and the activation of the items already included in the memorandum of understanding signed in 2003 as well, together with proceeding to sign the brotherhood Agreement between Cairo and Bamako agreed upon by both parties.
